The website has been designed to help you in your research. If you can't find the item you want, use the search tab and type the item name.

How can I know if an article is available in-store?

Our inventories are generally consistent with our in-store availability. Please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-844-668-7389 to check on the availability of an article.

I can't find the article that I want. Can you do research for me?

Absolutely! Simply contact us via our chat system and we will take care of finding your item directly at the manufacturer or at another dealership. If you prefer, you can also contact us by phone so that we can do the research for you.

HOW CAN I CREATE AN ONLINE DRC ACCOUNT?

- Click on the "My account" button in the top of any sportsdrc.com page.
- On the "My account" page, click on "Create an account," enter the necessary information, then click on "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" to complete the configuration of your account.
Please note that even if you have the Sports DRC credit card, you must create an online account. You can still select the Sports DRC credit card to pay for your purchases online. To apply for the Sports DRC credit card, please contact us by phone at 1-844-668-7389.

ORDER ONLINE

To place an online order, please follow the steps below:

1.  Use the various tools available to browse the website to find the items you are looking for;
2.  Select the product, size, colour and quantity you want to buy;
3.  Click on "Add to cart" to add the item to your shopping cart;
4.  Repeat steps one to three to purchase additional items;
Once you have selected the item(s) you want to buy, drag the cursor over the bag image at the top of the page and click on "My shopping cart."  This will take you to your shopping cart;

On the "Shopping cart" page, make sure that the products you want to buy have the desired specifications.

Once you are certain that the information in your shopping cart is correct, proceed with the secure payment.

CAN I PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM THE SPORTSDRC.COM WEBSITE AND HAVE THE ORDER SHIPPED TO THE UNITED STATES?

For the time being, we only deliver in Canada.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

By logging into your account, you will be able to view your order history as well as their status. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information about this.

ARTICLE OR ORDER CANCELLATION:

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order could have been cancelled due to incorrect credit card information. Erroneous credit card information may be related to a difference between the billing address you entered and the billing address associated with your credit card, an incorrect security code (indicated on the back of your card), an incorrect expiration date or a lack of funds.

When an order is cancelled, it cannot be reactivated or modified. If you still wish to proceed with the purchase of your items, you will need to place a new order.

Please note that credit card companies hold funds for up to three days for any purchase made. After this period, if necessary, the funds will be available again.

Why have articles been cancelled from my order?

One or more items have been cancelled from your order because they were no longer available online at the time of the transaction. Thus, only items delivered to the address provided will be charged to your credit card account, even if the items cancelled from your order appear on your invoice.

Please note that credit card companies hold funds for up to three days for any purchase made. After this period, if necessary, the funds will be available again.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?

Depending on the issuing company, please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Please allow up to three business days after processing for your refund to appear on your online transaction history.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive emails indicating its status.

The first email will be an order confirmation.

The second email will confirm that your order has been processed and that the items available in stock will be shipped to you. Please note that only the items delivered to the address provided will be charged to your credit card account.

CAN MY BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT?

Yes, your billing address can be different from your shipping address.

During the ordering process, you will first be asked to enter the shipping address that corresponds to where you want your purchases delivered.

In the first step of the ordering process, you will be asked to enter the billing address. The billing address may differ from the shipping address. However, the billing address must match the address associated with the credit card you will use for your purchases.

CAN I RETURN OR GET A REFUND FOR A PURCHASE MADE ONLINE?

All purchases made at sportsdrc.com can be returned by mail or in-store. You have 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must not have been worn, washed or damaged and all tags must still be attached. To return your items, contact us by email at info@sportsdrc.com, by calling our toll-free number 1-844-668-7389 or by using our chat system.

 

 

Exchanges can only be made in-store. We do not offer exchanges by mail.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY?

In store:

Sports DRC will offer a price adjustment within seven days of purchasing merchandise at regular price when the original invoice is presented. Merchandise purchased at a discounted price is not eligible for a price adjustment (discount or promotion).

On line:
